Without being inherently egotistic, we could never reach our unique, unparalleled evolutionary Human purpose!

Opinion from the Internet in Human nature:

“With all the good intentions - think again. Humans are not inherently egocentric but Social & too naive/biased to trust the false stories (in the age of Fake News), rather than the facts.
Capitalism cannot be best because it serves only a few. It the false story of Freedom of Speech that distorts the vision & creates False Hope that One Day or sooner we will be richer. The facts point to constantly getting poorer in TIME (=> money).
Further development of Socialism in various forms & components is natural progress. If we refuse to learn, Nature will push us to extinction.
We have destroyed huge % of wildlife & the germs have no choice but to move towards humans for their survival. Covid-19 is one example & climate change the other serious threat. We cannot be more selfish than this. Time to RESET.
Observing human bias I have become philosopher.”

I fully understand what you are saying. And I apologise for the use of words in the lack of better options.

Being egocentric, even exploitative doesn’t mean blame, condemnation. We are born with such qualities, inclinations, whether we are already aware of them or not.

And most people are honestly unaware of the true desires, intentions, inclinations that drive us all the time, as they only come to surface in sharp, dramatic situations, or when we purposefully, methodically search for them.

Which means that we cannot be blamed for the program that Nature’s evolution installed in us, we are neither evil, nor sinful!

And evolution had a very specific purpose for giving us a nature/program, that is completely opposite to Nature’s own qualities: altruistic, unconditional service of the system which secures the integration, balance and homeostasis life depends on.

We had to be born “outside”, opposite to the rest of the system as Human beings have a very unique evolutionary role: to become Nature’s independent, objective and fully conscious observers, witnesses.

That role necessitates an unprecedented, unparalleled duality only Human beings are capable of. On one hand we have to be separate, independent of the system, “outsiders” which we are according to our original nature, program. On the other hand we have to achieve a proactive, conscious integration into Nature’s system in order to acquire an “insider” viewpoint we can research and fully understand the system from.

It is this conscious, proactive, methodical integration is that we need to start developing from our generation onwards. This is why we reached crossroads today, where our previous, blind and instinctive development, way of life - based on the inherent program - has become impossible, self-destructive.

The present crisis, the very real, imminent threat of self-destruction gives us the motivation, inspiration and absolute need to find a way to change ourselves, acquire new qualities and adapt ourselves to Nature’s system.

And when we reach that adaptation - first in order to safeguard our collective survival - we will start to realize and implement our actual purpose, purposefully using the abilities we acquired, by perceiving reality, attaining Nature’s perfect system within the acquired contrast between our original and newly acquired viewpoints.

Then we will fully understand why we had to be born with opposite - egocentric, exploitative - qualities to Nature’s as without them we could have never achieved our very unique, high, evolutionary role.
