Why should we try to solve the “East vs. West” conflict?

Question from the Internet:

“Why are we comrades committed (compelled) to correcting the “Asia vs west“conflicts? What is our real heartfelt goal?”

Those who try to understand and resolve the “Asia vs West”, or any other seemingly unresolvable conflict within humanity are comrades, or even “brothers” because they started to understand that humanity is a single, closed, and inevitably integrated family that either survives together or commits collective suicide.

All the divisions and misunderstandings we perpetuate and fight along are the results of our inherently narrow and distorted, egocentric, subjective, individualistic, and exploitative worldview and perception of reality.

By default, we are all locked into our own “cocoons”, seeing, feeling, and acting towards only what is “good” for ourselves and fighting against whatever we deem “evil” from our own point of view. And since we are all extremely different and unique — like East vs. West for example — and have no inclination or capability to understand one another, we ruthlessly compete and fight.

Through many factors and reasons, the West had the upper hand throughout history, and the West used this upper hand by interfering with and destroying, and forcefully manipulating other cultures, nations in a way that suited the overwhelming Western agenda. This continues even today.

But the West simply represents the most direct and successful use of the inherently selfish, egocentric, self-serving, and self-justifying human nature which expresses itself slightly differently and weaker through other cultures and identities.

But as history also shows, other cultures, for example, East or Asia also has their own part in terrible disasters and in oppressing, manipulating, terrorizing, or “simply” massacring others, even without any interference or participation of the West.

Those “comrades” who try to resolve the “East vs. West” conflict and any other conflict in the world, need to know that all conflicts arise from our inherent human nature. And as such, any successful and lasting solutions also need to address the inherent human nature in all of us — each person recognizing, correcting, and further developing oneself, instead of blaming, correcting, manipulating, censoring, or destroying others.

Only when we all become “comrades” and “brothers” above and against our inherent nature — without trying to suppress or erase anything in anybody — will we see a better, more understanding, and developing global humanity. This requires a unique, purposeful, and practical method, which interestingly has semblance in the roots of all millennia-old wisdom or faith system.
