Why are we still alive?
Question from the Internet:
“Why is the world still alive until now?”
It is a good question, after all, if it was only up to us, we would not be alive any longer. Our inherently selfish, egoistic, individualistic, and exploitative nature acts like cancer in Nature’s fully integrated and interdependent system.
It is truly a miracle how we are still around while continuing the reckless, excessive overconsumption and the ruthless, destructive competition with each other and Nature.
The thing is, Nature’s evolution “needs us”, as we have a unique, predetermined evolutionary role, purpose in the system. So Nature will keep us on artificial “life-support”, despite our non-viable way of life, until we finally fulfill our role, purpose.
Thus humanity will not become extinct, although if we do not consciously start researching, understanding, accepting our predetermined evolutionary purpose and make active steps to adapt ourselves to it, a large part of humanity will die in wars, socioeconomic collapse, and natural disasters until the survival humbly follow Nature’s plan and laws.
We can avoid such a scenario and start this unique, methodical, and conscious self-adjustment, self-upgrade before such tragic scenarios.
