Where do we come from?
Question from the Internet:
“How can you explain the weaknesses of the traditional explanation on the origin of humankind?”
All our explanations are weak and limited as we constrain our research to our biological origin and to Nature as we know it.
We will never understand who we are, where we come from, why we evolved the way we did unless we start to go beyond the “simple” biological, Natural picture, setup.
Human beings are made of desires, we are driven, governed by an overall, insatiable, ever-growing desire for selfish pleasures. The actual, most important factor that differentiates us from other animals — most notably from other developed primates — is the human ego.
It is this human ego that controls our desire for survival, pleasures in an excessive, totally self-serving way, making us behave like cancer.
This egoistic human desire, the “human cancer” has reached its full, destructive potential through the Western — especially American — capitalistic system, each individual making all calculations, action only for their own sake, surviving, succeeding at each other’s expense while recklessly, mindlessly exploiting, depleting Natural resources for immediate gain while forsaking the future.
Only when we understand this human behaviour, the forces, desires and intentions that truly drive us, only then can we use our unique intellectual potential, learning how to change, upgrade ourselves in order to proactively, consciously integrate with each other and that way also integrates with Nature.
