Where do our instincts and emotions come from?

Question from the Internet:

“Are instincts and emotions formed by alternate reality versions of ourselves simulating the possibilities before we make the conscious choice to, providing us with internal cues that we sometimes act on, which can defy rational behavior?”

Our instincts and emotions come from an “alternative reality” that is created by our inherently self-serving, self-justifying, individualistic, and exploitative egos.

Until now, we have all been acting blindly led by this ego, and even our “conscious” decisions and actions are simple consequences of the inherently 100% egocentric and subjective calculations of the ego.

Humanity’s history so far is the product of this blind and instinctive egotistic development and our present society is the highest level of civilization we can build in this alternative reality based on the ego.

But since this is an alternative reality that has no true foundation in Nature’s finely balanced and mutually integrated system — where the behavior of instinctive human beings parallels the behavior of cancer — our alternative reality is now falling apart, behaves like a seed rotting in the ground in order to give birth to a truly Human reality.

The alternative reality based on the ego was not in vain. It has a very specific purpose.

Now that we have fully exhausted all the potential that was in the selfish ego and we obtained and consumed everything that was possible through this cancer-like ego before actually self-destructing, we know exactly how not to live, how not to develop.

Through this alternative reality governed by the ego we receive the flip side of the coin, the harsh and dark contrast against which we can start to build our true reality, where we become “truly Human” beings that exist through a Nature-like, finely balanced mutual integration.

Without the failing egoistic alternative reality, we would not have the foundations and contrast to build against and we would not have the necessary comparison to justify and verify true reality against.

There is nothing obsolete or accidental in Nature’s lawful and deterministic system.
