When will Israel have the right leadership?!

An article in The Jerusalem Post:

My comment:

It is a grave stupidity to demand “leadership” from “leaders” when the Nation does not want to be led and is not ready to be led.

The writer himself is the best proof, representing that section of Israeli society that would do anything, even destroy the country, just to get Netanyahu out of office and put an American puppet in his place.

When Moses led the Hebrews out of Egyptian slavery, the whole Nation — including the mixed multitude — followed him because they all agreed that they needed to escape the inherently selfish, egoistic, individualistic, and hateful nature — that is symbolized by Egypt and the Pharaoh.

As long as we all remain within our all-consuming and cancer-like inherent nature, within our totally personal and subjective viewpoints, nobody and nothing can lead or help us.

Only when we all agree to take upon ourselves our initial Jewish method, the true and practical teaching of the Torah — helping us to recognize our inherent nature and to change it — we will continue our self-destructive path when only terrible blows and existential danger keeps us together as our greatest sages described — like nuts in the bag rustling against one another, external hate holding them together.

We will have proper leaders when the Nation is ready to be united and to exist “as one man with one heart” — above and against our egos.
