When individualism is going too far

Question from the Internet:

“When does individualism go too far?”

Individualism goes too far, when individual achievement, success happens at the expense of others.

This wasn’t clear before, after all our whole life, all Human civilizations so far, especially the American style Western society has been built upon reckless, unmitigated individual success at the expense of others, gaining by others losing.

But now, as Nature’s evolution locked us into a globally integrated, fully interdependent world, what seemed successful, desired, coveted before has become self-destructive.
Suddenly the celebrated individual hero, those self-made mavericks we all aspired to become have turned to be like cancer, causing destruction to all, including themselves with their selfish behavior, accumulating whatever they can only for themselves.

This is why we are so perplexed, not understanding what had happened to us, why suddenly we need to change to the opposite way of living?!

This is why we urgently need a special, purposeful and practical educational method that can teach us how to adapt to Nature’s laws of integration, balance and homeostasis, that are obligatory for us as well - since we are also integral parts of Nature’s system.
