Question from the Internet:

“What would a society governed by you look like?”

Just as bad, or even worse, than the society we live in today.

We are all born with a 100% self-serving, self-justifying, subjective, and exploitative nature. The more power and control we gain over others, the more we want to use and exploit that power and control for our benefit at the expense of others.

This is why individual leadership, or when a small, more privileged, and powerful minority leads the larger, less privileged, and less powerful masses, brews discontent, inequality, and social unrest, leading to frequent government changes, revolutions, or total breakdown.

The first step in the right direction is recognizing and “fearing” our own inherent nature. Then this humble recognition and the very visceral fear, knowing what we are capable of against others – as the infamous Stanford Prison Experiment also showed – can drive us to change and further develop ourselves.

More importantly, such recognition and fear of ourselves will also lead to the understanding that the right leadership means equal and mutual teamwork and mutually responsible and mutually complementing cooperation. The participating individuals in that team would genuinely want only the well-being and most optimal state of others and the whole collective they lead.

This requires a unique, purposeful, and efficient method to reach.
