Question from the Internet:

“How does society make us human?”

Society can make us human if it has the right values, aspirations, and most of all, the right education.

Our present society — regardless of ideology, economic, social system, culture, or religion — does not make us human. Our present society and everything in it is based on our blind instincts, on our inherently selfish, egocentric, subjective and individualistic nature, making us just as instinctive as animals but worse than animals as we act opposite to Nature’s general balance and homeostasis, behaving like cancer, as if we existed outside of, above Nature.

A “truly Human” being is one — and evolution obligates us to reach that degree — that can act consciously, purposefully, choosing to become similar to, integrated into Nature’s finely balanced, mutually integrated, and interdependent system above and against our instinctive nature and behavior.

In order to reach our predetermined, unique, very high evolutionary Human degree, purpose in Nature we need the right environment, society that is purposefully built and conducted to help us reach our Human degree — without waiting for Nature to force, coerce us through increasing and finally intolerable suffering.
