What is the right form of leadership?

“How do you think the world will be like if there were no leaders?”

The world would descend into chaos without leadership.

“Leadership” in itself is not the problem, how we use it is.

First of all, we are seeing very sharply, that “individual leadership” is not only ineffective, but it is outright harmful.

We are all born with an inherently self-serving, self-justifying, egocentric, individualistic, and exploitative nature.

Those who aspire to lead others, those who are convinced that they have the talent, capabilities to become leaders are already the most selfish, egocentric people among others. When they achieve powerful positions and actually taste the power over others, their selfish ego inevitably takes even stronger control and the distortion, corruption begins, continues.

“Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely”. This is not just a nice slogan, this is how our inherent nature works and there is nothing we can do against it.

Thus in order to neutralize, balance out our selfish egos, we need mutual, collective, “teamwork” leadership by specifically educated, prepared people, who know their own nature, they learned to “fear” their own egos, and accept they unique method of mutual leadership so they could debate, discuss problems and achieve effective, mutual decisions making through specifically organized, conducted workshops, round-table discussions.

The problem with individual leadership has become even more obvious now, that we have evolved into a globally integrated, interdependent world. An individual — even the greatest genius — has no ability to oversee, comprehend the complex, integral, global problems we are facing day after day. Again, only the above-mentioned, methodically achieved collective intellect of a well-working, properly educated leadership team can process and solve such problems.

These leadership teams — that also comprise a global, coordinating, problem-solving network -“lead” others by their positive example, through positive motivation, using all the available tools for the right education and information share — without any coercion, misleading propaganda, and fearmongering.

Finally, as long as we rely on our inherently introverted, egocentric, subjective consciousness, perception of reality, we can never fully understand Nature’s integral system. Only the above-mentioned collective consciousness, intellect can reach similarity with nature’s integral template and thus gain an “insider” understanding of Nature’s laws and all the cause and effect processes that influence, govern our lives.

Only when the human leadership team humbly accepts and follows Nature’s leadership will we gain control over our lives.
