What is the next stage of Human development?
Question from the Internet:
“If robots will do everything for us, what will we do?”
If robots will do everything for us, perhaps we will finally take our chance to learn what it means to become “truly Human” beings.
At the moment, we live a robotic life. We make automatic and instinctive calculations that are always based on 100% self-service, self-justification, and individualistic pain or pleasure. And we automatically and blindly act based on these calculations like robots while also enjoying as we survive and succeed at the expense of others and nature, since with this, we also prove our superiority and control over everything outside of ourselves.
Throughout human history, the more robotic, efficient, and ruthless individuals and nations could act, the more successful they became and the more control they could exert over more emotional, less effective, and ruthless individuals and nations.
This is how the “soulless,” unemotional, and ruthlessly effective Northern European and Anglo-Saxon people conquered, colonized, and exploited the rest of the world for centuries.
Today’s predominantly Western human society is operated and controlled by dry and inhumane protocols, regulations, and statistics, basing everything on quantitative measures for the total control of those who live and act like robots, always for personal profit and to manipulate and exploit others.
This is why the same people are now developing, publicizing, and spreading the superiority of AI, their “Supreme Being” that can take over and control the whole world.
But all this has nothing to do with “being Human.”
Human beings are supposed to be sentient and emotional beings, whereas the intellect is simply an auxiliary device to help us sort, catalog, digest, and prepare our emotional faculties. Human life is based on emotional interconnections, love, empathy, and collective happiness.
True life is created and nurtured through such Human emotions, and our uniqueness and advantage over other animals are that, in our case, these emotions are supposed to be fully conscious and experienced “viscerally,” sensing and experiencing everything between vastly opposite and contrasting feelings and emotional states animals cannot consciously experience and attain.
Through consciously attaining and experiencing contrasting and vastly contrasting and incompatible emotions, we will acquire the ability to get to know, recognize, and digest nature’s system in its totality, revealing and justifying its perfection. Nature itself is an “emotional system” that is operated by totally selfless and unconditional love and mutual service between its comprising parts.
Only the emotional and, at the same time, conscious Human beings can fully attain and understand nature’s system when they build nature-like and emotional mutual integration between them.
Thus, as long as robots do all the work we need to cater to our basic natural necessities, we can finally start learning and practicing what it means to be “truly Human” beings until we finally achieve the very high state and purpose evolution predetermined for us.
