What is a human society based on?

Question from the Internet:

“Are social constructs valid?”

Society — with its political, economic relations, culture and values — is an external expression of our desires and the way we interact with each other. So a “social construct” is valid, expressing how and with what desires and intentions people relate to each other.

Today’s exploitative, excessively overconsuming, ruthlessly competitive, hedonistic and narcissistic society expresses the maximally developed, selfish and individualistic human ego and how it shapes the relationships between individuals and nations.

And since this construct is the result of our human nature and the desires and intentions driving us and everything else — including politics and economy — are just the consequences of our nature and how we use it, we cannot solve our problems with political, economic or social means as they do not address the root cause.

If we want to change and improve human society, first we need to address and treat the root cause of all our problems — which is our own inherent nature. Of course, it is much more difficult almost impossible — to change ourselves, and this is the last thing we would want to do thus, it is much easier to stubbornly continue with the already failed actions and “solutions” when trying to change, correct or destroying others and manipulating the world around us.

But sooner or later, we will have no other choice but to recognize and accept the root of all our problems is within us. Then we will be able to start the true, working remedy, which is consciously and willingly changing and further developing ourselves with the help of a unique, purposeful and practical educational method.
