What future awaits- dystopia or utopia?!

Question from the Internet:

“There are 2 popular beliefs on what will become of us in the future, These are dystopian futures and utopian futures. These have come to be accepted and appear to be the only possibilities However are these really the only possible future types?”

Actually, in the end, there is only a single future awaiting, determined by Nature’s evolution.

It is a future that is perhaps closer to the “utopia” you mentioned, a fully, seamlessly integrated Natural system, with all elements, parts in it mutually cooperating in harmony — humanity included.

Evolution is relentlessly progressing towards this state and this plan also has a very precise role, a purpose for human beings we cannot miss, ignore.

How we get to that future — this is the question.

If we continue blindly following our inherently subjective, egocentric, individualistic nature, and move, change only when some intolerable state, suffering forces us, then we will reach the final, most optimal state through terrible, dystopian events, development, going through all the disaster scenarios Hollywood already painted in front of us.

On the other hand, we have the unique human mind, intellect, and historic experience to take our development into our own hands, and prevent such a dark, suffering-filled dystopian transition and build the final, “utopian” future consciously, by our own actions.

We can study, learn Nature’s actual evolutionary plan and our own irreplaceable, unique role in it. Then we will know how to adjust, upgrade, develop ourselves s- with the help of Nature’s developing forces we can harness. This way we actually “draw our future” upon us in a positive, conscious manner instead of being pushed into our future by Natural blows and our own self-destructive activity.

In the end, we will also understand that being born with a seemingly “evil”, unnatural, egocentric, and subjective, ruthlessly exploitative nature was also necessary and purposeful by evolution. Without it we would not have any free choice, independent consciousness, we would not be able to take our development into our own hands, and we would never be able to reach our evolutionary purpose — becoming Nature’s only consciously integrated and at the same time independent, objective observers, partners.
