What does an ideal community look like?

The ideal community does not depend on where we live, but on how the community is educated, how it is organized and how it lives.

All through history — including today — all human communities, societies have been built by and for our inherently self-serving, self-justifying, egocentric and exploitative nature.

It does not matter what ideologies, philosophies, religions or structures we follow, we always end up with ruthless, exclusive competition where people need to survive and succeed at each other’s expense.

This is the cause of the helplessly recurring, vicious historic cycles and this is the cause of the perpetual crisis our own civilization is in. This is the reason why we fear instead of looking forward to our future.

We will never be able to build the ideal human society, community as long as we use our original mindset, the inherent program that was installed in us by natural evolution. On the other hand, we have the ability to build something that is beyond, above our instinctive scope. This — learning, building something that is not inherent according our original nature — is unique to human beings and giving this ability to us together with our originally “imperfect nature” was purposeful by evolution.

We have a unique, predetermined, very high and unparalleled role in Nature’s evolutionary system. We can and we have to become the whole system’s only conscious, on one hand integrated and on the other hand independent observers and partners.

For this unique role we had to be born with an inherently self-destructive nature but also have the ability to purposefully, consciously change ourselves by harnessing the forces of Nature that create and sustain life.

We can build a Nature-like, mutually integrated and mutually complementing human society, community above and against our self-destructive ones of the past and present.

In an ideal, Nature-like human society each individual and nation can find their most optimal, mutually responsible and mutually complementing role while justly, proportionately receiving everything they need and deserve in order to maintain that role towards the sake and wellbeing of the whole.

And by becoming “like Nature” above and against ourselves will make us “truly Human” and able to fulfill our unique role in Nature’s system as determined and obligated by evolution.
