What do we need to change?!

What is the one thing you would change about humanity? Why? How would it work?

My answer:

We could say that we need a “software upgrade” in order to change and improve things.

Human beings are “installed” with a 100% self-centered, self-serving and self-justifying software. Our whole life is based around sensing our own subjective and egocentric desires and needs and all the activities we ever do are about fulfilling our own desires at all costs.

We can’t really feel or appreciate others since we are all “locked into ourselves.” We take others – even our “loved ones” into consideration only to the extent they are useful in fulfilling our own desires and securing our own happiness and contentment.

This is why our world looks and feels as it does. This is why we exist in a “dog-eats-dog” world where everybody tries to succeed at the expense of others, where everything we do is about exploiting, controlling and suppressing others.

We are not to blame for this, since we were installed with this egocentric, subjective ane exploitative “operating software” by nature’s evolution. And it was purposeful. Nature’s evolution “released us into production” with an unfinished or “beta software” in order to give us the ability to recognize our inherent “evil,” and then proactively awaken to change and correct ourselves in order to avoid the seemingly inevitable and imminent self-destruction our generation is facing.

Our free choice and duty is to recognize and accept that our inherently egoistic nature, our original, self-serving, self-justifying, individualistic and exploitative “operating software” makes us exist and behave like cancer. Then, after this humble and revolutionary recognition and acceptance, we can already search for the method and ability to further develop ourselves and “download and install” the necessary “software upgrade” that will enable us to rise above and behave against our inherent nature.

This is when we will become able to built true, mutually responsible and mutually complementing integration and relationships with each other. This is when we will be able to establish true and lasting peace and elevate Human existence to a quualitatively much higher, collective and mutually beneficial level.

Since we need an “upgrade” that is against our inherent nature and we need to acquire qualities and abilities that we do not have by birth, we need a unique, empirical scientific method that enables us to “download and install” this “superhuman” – truly natural – qualities from nature’s perfectly balanced and homeostatic system.

This is not some kind of theory, philosophy, mysticism or utopia. This is very real! With the necessary method – that is available here and now – we can start solving our threatening existential problems and rise to a much higher and “truly Human” degree of evolution.
