What can we do with climate change?

Question from the Internet:

“What’s the most serious action that world leaders should do on climate action?”

I think the best action present “world leaders” can do in regard to anything is simply do nothing, according to a wise, old saying, “if you do not know what to do, it is better to sit and do nothing”.

Of course “world leaders” and their “experts” always have to do something in order to justify themselves, even if they do not have a clue what to do. We could observe their panic and hapless, destructive actions during the pandemic, and we can see their “solutions” regarding climate change or in relation to the war in Ukraine.

In short, world leaders and their experts cannot do anything in relation to climate change (or anything else) as they have no clue what to do and they are interested only to hold onto their powers and serve the narrow self-interest of their paymasters and lobby groups.

In order to solve the mounting global problems, humanity is facing we need a completely different, global and integral mindset and worldview, something that we need to learn, develop and cultivate against or inherently narrow, self-serving, self-justifying, subjective and exploitative nature.

And this is something that will not happen and unfold from “top-down”. It is something we need to learn and develop from the grassroots with sensitive and willing people who are ready to change and further develop themselves instead of trying to blame, correct, censor or destroy others and manipulate the world according to their egocentric and subjective vision.
