What can give us resilience?

Question from the Internet:

“How can we effectively build resilience in this unpredictable world?”

As more and more people realize, we have evolved into a world that is globally integrated and fully interdependent. This means that effectively we have all become like individual cells in a single, living organism.

This means, that resilience, problem-solving ability and in general our collective survival all depend on the quantity and quality of interconnections and mutual cooperation we build with each other.

Which is not surprising after all. Wherever we look in Nature’s system — we are also integral parts of — we see networks of connection and mutually responsible and mutually complementing cooperation between the comprising elements. It is true to our own biological body, and similarly to the whole system of the Universe.

The fact that we need to understand, accept and implement a Nature-like mutual integration between us — above and against our uniquely human, egocentric, subjective and individualistic instincts — provides our human advantage.

Human beings are the only elements in Nature that have the ability to consciously adapt themselves to Nature’s laws and evolutionary plan — all aimed at the most optimal mutual integration, balance and homeostasis life depends on.

This conscious, proactive adaptation to Nature’s system will make us the system’s only fully conscious, integrated and at the same time independent observers and partners.
