What can change our worldview?

Question from the Internet:

“What rapidly changed your view of the world?”

My view of the world changed completely, when I started to understand, moreover when I started to feel — with the help of a special, purposeful method — how much mutually integrated and interdependent we have all become.

In this global, integral world we have all practically become like single cells of the same, single, living organism.

Thus instead of alien others, who I need to constantly fight, ruthlessly compete against I now see my “other parts” around me, fellow individual cells of the same organism I have to connect, cooperate with in order to survive and exist.
