We need unique pioneers to lead Humanity through unprecedented evolutionary changes in our generation

“Current leaders hardly lead in the new direction of the sharp-turn mentioned towards integration. Great communication and understanding has to take place. We are trying to do that here, to point to one example.
Signaling molecules must be released alerting all in a biological manner. Then the organism can pull on it’s boots, preparing for movement away from the initiating threat toward an area of less danger to the survival. So many resist this movement. Even slime molds seem more intelligent than humans, and they are single-celled organisms. Molds which are successful can be transplanted into others and then others move as successfully as the first.
Very interesting is all of life in the myriad forms it is. Life almost a thing in itself directing ongoing possibilities through varied forms. Life and breath… can’t get away from perfect integration as expressed through and by human beings.
You are absolutely right in everything you said!
Changes won’t come from the leaders as they are not prepared, educated even to comprehend the problem. They are too much invested in the previous thinking, life-style that is based on wealth, power, on the exploitation and manipulation of others, and they are locked into their positive through different lobbies, interest groups that don’t show any freedom of choice.
The changes - the much needed molecular signal you mentioned - will need to come “from below”, from people who are relatively free. Relatively, as in our inherent nature, program we are all egocentric, subjective, and knowingly or unknowingly we all enjoy progressing, succeeding at the expense of others.
Humans are very different from other lifeforms with this egotistic, exploitative, “cancer-like” program, but this is purposeful from “Life”, evolution itself.
Without Humans being born opposite to Nature, being seemingly destructive, like a foreign body in Nature’s started we wouldn’t be Humans.
If we were instinctively, automatically integrated into Nature, supporting the system’s life-flow like all other parts, elements, we would have never developed, progressed the way we did. We would never had a chance for free-choice, to consciously, proactively achieve connection, integration between us and with Nature above and against our original program.
As you said we need a unique, pioneering “critical mass” - about 15–20% of people - who see, understand this. Then they will be able to lead, guide others towards the necessary, evolutionary changes. And such leadership, guidance won’t come through revolutions, different political ideology, philosophies, it won’t come in the form of coercion, oppression, misleading propaganda.
These pioneers will first of all change, “upgrade” themselves through a unique, purposeful and highly practical science, educational method. They will add to their own egocentric, selfish, individualistic nature selfless, altruistic, unconditionally serving qualities from Nature to achieve a unique duality.
And then they will lead, guide others through their own positive example, attracting people through positive motivation and free choice.
