Question from the Internet:

“Do you think that intolerance towards differences of opinion is increasing in our society? What are the reasons? Do you think the difference of opinions should be respected?”

Yes, the difference of opinions should be respected. Our human force is in our diversity; we will start comprehending and solving our mounting global problems when we start acting in unison through mutually responsible and mutually complementing cooperation.

This does not mean “homogenizing” human beings, brainwashing people so they all become the same aimless, identity-less, gender-less zombies that can be manipulated more effectively.

This means building a “Nature-like” human society where each and every individual can find their unique, irreplaceable place and role towards the wellbeing and optimal development of the whole.

We are simply not prepared and educated for this; we do not know how to accept diversity and differences in opinions. So from our inherently egocentric and subjective caves and viewpoint, everybody who is different is suspicious and a potential competitor or enemy.

We have reached the point where we need to urgently recognize the desires, forces and intentions that instinctively drive us, so we can learn how to harness and control our inherent nature and build that “Nature-like” human society harnessing and thriving on diversity and our differences, creating and sustaining life like Nature’s finely balanced and mutually integrated system.
