We need the practical, empirical science to change a subjective, individualistic viewpoint to an objective, collective one

Opinion from the Internet on changing the inherently individualistic, subjective viewpoint to a composite, collective perception:

“I can’t address this question based on what Kabbalah teaches — the ancient Jewish tradition of mystical interpretation of the Bible. But I can answer from a scientific perspective.

Humans have many ways of understanding the reality that everyday living presents to us. When facts are unavailable, we can use learning from past experiences, thinking, cultural and social sharing of information, all five of our physical senses, observations of what typically works in a situation, and many other means. To say that humans are imperfect in these regards is obvious to anyone who observes a child try to take their first steps. So the statement is of little practical use because children and rational adults learn to improve their understanding and actions. It’s called growing.”

While I agree with you about “growing” and collecting experience, it is still only quantitative for the same reason I wrote earlier: our inherent consciousness and perception are individualistic, egocentric, and subjective and no growth or experience can change that. By default “we are locked into ourselves” and see “our reality”, not reality as it is.

And it has been verified by many sciences, most notably by quantum physics, how the egocentric, subjective observer changes both the observed and itself.

If what you wrote was a true solution (growth and collecting experience), neither Humanity through history, nor individuals during their lives would keep repeating the same mistakes, try to use the same failed “solutions” again and again.

This is why the only true solution is to acquire the previously mentioned composite, mutual, collective consciousness (learning to see, perceive reality through the desires, experiences and viewpoints of others in a practical, methodical manner) that would neutralize the inherently egocentric, subjective bias.

The egocentric, subjective bias is neither sin nor fault, we are born with it in order to have the ability to complete ourselves by our own free choice and effort.

(Authentic Kabbalah is a true, empirical, natural science, not a mystical interpretation of the Torah, it uses a symbolic, multi-layered language to explain the most fundamental laws of Nature and how they relate to our Human nature, how we can upgrade, complete ourselves through its practical method. The Torah itself is the most comprehensive collection, interpretation of Nature’s laws, but again written in a symbolic language most people take, misinterpret literally).
