We need help “from Above!”

My comment:
It is becoming clear that we cannot succeed without some “external of higher” assistance.
This does not mean winning the physical war; Israel has enough strength and technology to defeat Hamas and Hezbollah, even without the US, if necessary.
What we cannot defeat by ourselves is our own inherent nature.
It is not really the external enemies that threaten our existence. It is the incessantly awakening and intensifying “unfounded hatred” — the constant mutual distrust and animosity, the inclination to fight and undermine one another — that keeps defeating us.
Our whole history is a rollercoaster in the knife’s edge as we draw existential danger on us by our disunity and then miraculously save ourselves through unity.
We can’t defeat or change our inherent nature by ourselves. This is why our predecessors developed and left for us the unique method that is capable of drawing and harnessing reality’s single developing force — G_d or Nature — that can help us rise above ourselves and exist above and against our inherently selfish, egoistic, and individualistic nature.
Thus, it is not only “faith” we need. We need to learn and practice how to actually harness the force that creates and nurtures life so this force would help us win the war against our inherent nature.
