We can’t solve problems without identifying the root cause

“Given a real-life conflict or problem, how will you deal with it systematically?”

In order to systematically deal with a problem, conflict, first of all, we need to find, identify the root cause of that problem, conflict.

And when we carefully, honestly, critically trace all the cause and effect processes back to their root, we will find that all problems, conflicts — through history and in our times — originate from the same root cause.

Each and every individual and collective problem, all the helplessly recurring vicious historic cycles, and our own perpetual, worsening crisis situations are caused by our inherently selfish, egotistic, individualistic, and exploitative nature.

We are all — knowingly, unknowingly — making calculations only to chase and fulfill our self-serving desires or to escape personal suffering, pain. We are all — knowingly, unknowingly — survive, succeed at each other’s and Nature’s expense.

If we recognized and accepted this single root cause — against our instinctive self-justification at any given situation — then we would be able to start solving problems and conflicts, by changing, correcting, upgrading ourselves — instead of constantly, stubbornly trying to change, correct others and the world around us.
