We can’t return to “normal”, we have to build normal!

Question from the Internet:

“When does everyone think The World will go back to normal?”

We can’t go back to normal, as we never actually had normal yet.

So far human history has been a blind, instinctive affair, stumbling through recurring, vicious, historic cycles. We are approaching our own civilization-ending explosion, which might wipe most of us out.

The “normal" most people want to return to now is the system that is based on excessive overconsumption, ruthless competition, succeeding, surviving at each other’s expense. This “normal" has been in perpetual crisis for decades.

This “normal"use unsustainable, since it is incompatible with Nature’s strict, unforgiving laws that system the balance and homeostasis life depends on.

So we can’t return to normal, instead we have to build a “normal world".

But this time, instead of our inherently self-serving, self-justifying, exploitative ideologies, philosophies, religions, we need to use Nature’s fully integrated, mutually responsible and mutually complementing template for rebuilding.
