We can transform the “Matrix” we live in

An opinion from the Internet about the present Human society:

“You are correct in saying that the Virus has shown us things. They have shown us that we are less in control of our lives than ever. It has shown us the corruption of the government, the fake news. It has shown us the influences of the Web, Hollywood, and even our Sports. We are in danger of losing all our free will to think and make choices as an adult. Sorry but I do not agree with your thought process. Did I mention censorship and stock manipulation? Prejudice and separation are at an all-time high. I think a lot of business owners or people who lost their jobs would disagree that they had a choice. History is repeating itself only this time it is Global.”

You are completely right, we live in a Matrix. Moreover, even those who are seemingly in control, are just as much part of the Matrix as we are. They just think they are in control.

Our Matrix is not built by “evil machines” or “evil” people, groups of people. Our Matrix evolved through our own, fully self-serving, self-justifying, egocentric, and exploitative nature that can think, care, calculate only about itself.

This is not even “evil” since we are not responsible for the nature, the program we are born with, so far we have been acting completely blindly, instinctively, this way causing the recurring, vicious historic cycles you mentioned.

On the other hand, we are also born with a unique Human intellect, that is capable of critical self-assessment, initiating unique, unprecedented self-changes, self-upgrade.

We can choose to “disconnect from the Matrix” — more precisely we can study and understand that “Matrix” we exist in, how it was distorted by our own egos and we can transform this Matrix into a benevolent, perfectly balanced system where all cogwheels consciously, willingly act with their maximum abilities towards the well-being of the system, while receiving everything they need, deserve for such a mutually responsible and mutually complementing contribution.

We cannot disconnect, since we are all integral parts of the Natural system that gave us life and Humanity is only one species of. But our species is the only one that can consciously recognize and implement its own positively contributing integration.

And by that, we realistically, tangibly become equal partners with Nature, feeling as if holding the whole system in our own hands.
