We can build the perfect, “Nature-like” Human society

“Can a socialist utopia be achieved if the public programs are designed to keep people down, or must they be designed conversely?”
None of our “isms”, ideologies, systems can be successful in the long term, they all require intrusive “mass control”, manipulation, oppression and brainwashing, misleading propaganda.
We constantly try to change the world around us, we always try to change others or certain people, when the problem is within us, with our inherently egocentric, self-serving, self-justifying nature that drives all of us.
So neither capitalism, communism, socialism, authoritarianism nor different hybrid permutations of them can build a sustainable society.
A sustainable, peaceful, fair and truly progressive Human society is possible only on Nature’s integral template - which looks very similar to the “Communist utopia” Marx described. But that system is directly opposite to our original nature, program, that is fiercely individualistic, selfish, driving us to succeed at each other’s expense and consume everything excessively.
Thus we need serious preparation, the appropriate, purposeful and practical upbringing, education so people would freely choose, follow, build the ”Nature-like” Human society, clearly understanding that it is in their best interest - without coercion, terror and misleading propaganda.
Through the right preparation we can build the perfect conditions where we fulfill the most perfect, truthful state that is similar to how Nature operates: each person mutually, most optimally contributing to the collective with all their best abilities, while receiving from the collective exactly everything what they need, so they could happily, perfectly, willingly fulfill their unique, irreplaceable “cogwheel” role in the whole system.
