We are all driven by the same inherent human nature

Question from the Internet:

“Indigenous tribes and nature people live in harmony with nature — why are the white people destroying our great culture?”

Our inherent human nature is 100% self-serving, self-justifying, egocentric, and exploitative. We all want everything only for ourselves, and we do not care about the consequences, so we get what we want at the expense of others and at the expense of nature.

But this insatiable human ego is in a different stage of development in certain people, races, nations, and cultures.

Indigenous people represent a weaker and more preliminary form of human development — so they seem more attuned to nature, while Western, especially white people, represent the strongest and most intense form of this human egoism, and they destroy everything they can touch for selfish benefit.

But all “developing” nations or cultures are thriving to become like the West; non-white people covet and would like to emulate the “success” of the white people since we are driven by the same egocentric, subjective, and individualistic motives.

We can see, for example, how India, China, and other Asian nations rush with a breakneck speed to “Westernize” their lifestyles and societies. And this process is unstoppable, regardless of the culture or religion they follow.

As a result of the insatiable and irrepressible driving force of the “human ego,” we all move towards the same selfish and inevitably destructive goals and way of life.

The only way to remedy this is by understanding our inherent nature and then willingly and consciously changing and further developing ourselves. Our Human advantage in nature is to consciously and proactively develop compatibility and agreement with nature’s finely balanced and mutually integrated system above and against our inherent nature.

That will make us truly the peak of natural evolution and nature’s conscious inner observers and equal and benevolent partners.
