Unity or Death!

An article in The Jerusalem Post:

My comment:

There is a growing body of research and studies that show our interconnections and inevitable interdependence on much deeper levels than we think.

Although our instinctive nature is fiercely individual, where we sense ourselves separated and even rejected from others while pursuing our own 100% self-serving and self-justifying existence in a totally subjective way, we are in fact, elements or cells of the same, inevitably and irrevocably integrated and mutually complementing “organism.”

Modern science is just catching up with what unique, empirical natural scientists — who have been studying human nature in the context of nature’s integrated system — have been promoting and explaining for thousands of years.

The seemingly lofty and musical concepts of “love another as yourself,” existing “as one man with one heart,” “do not do to another what you yourself hate,” and “unity or death” are absolute natural laws we need to keep if we want to survive.

This is why the true constitution of the original Nation of Israel was the “mutual guarantee” where each and every member of the nation became absolutely and irrevocably responsible for each and every member of the nation.

As the present Gaza war also shows the absolute necessity of unity and mutual responsibility in Israel, it is time we all re-learned and revived the original Jewish method that has safeguarded Jewish existence and survival against all odds for millennia!

It is the same method the whole, globally integrated, and interdependent humanity needs for solving problems and safeguarding our collective human survival.
