Unity is the most important!
Question from the Internet:
“Why is unity important to us?”
Unity is important, as that is the only guarantee for our collective survival in a fully integrated and interdependent world.
Since today all our problems are global, and we all sit on the same global boat that is sinking fast — as we simply can’t cooperate, work together in a positive way — either we learn how to unite or we will self-destruct in this generation.
But becoming united is not as simple as it sounds.
After all, we are not intentionally shying away from building positive, mutually responsible, and mutually complementing interconnections. We simply do not know how to build unity as it is completely against our inherently self-serving, self-justifying, individualistic, and subjective nature.
Thus any unity, alliance we build is temporary and only against a common enemy, competitor, and such “unity” lasts only as long as it selfishly benefits all participants.
We can watch how the EU is gradually falling apart as the “years of bounty” are over and now, when they would need to keep the European “union” without obvious selfish benefits, it is not going to work.
We can also watch how even when our health, life depend on international cooperation, making calculations for the collective above and against selfish calculations through the pandemic, we are unable to do so.
This is why we urgently need a special, purposeful, and practical “Integral” educational method that can teach us how to unite above everything that separates, rejects people and nations from each other.
