Unity is possible I only above, despite the partisan divide

“What can large corporations, small businesses, startups, and individuals do to help heal the partisan divide in America?”
First of all we need to understand that this “partisan divide” is normal.
We are very different from each other, but even beyond individual differences people usually align with 2 opposing directions, forces in societies that can be left/right, liberal/conservative, religious/secular, capitalist/socialist, female/male, or in a wider context West/East, South/North, and we can find additional such bipolar separations.
We will never be able to suppress, erase such differences, and we will never be able to find direct connections between them. And the differences won’t lessen, only grow as our individuality, ego keeps growing, so the same “partisan divide” will appear in each and every nation, region as they develop.
Thus the crucially necessary unity, mutually responsible, mutually complementing connections, cooperation - without which we won’t be able to solve problems and survive within nations and around the globe - will need to be built above and despite everything that rejects, separates us from each other.
This can unfold through a unique, purposeful and practical educational method that can teach us, moreover can help us feel how such integration above vast differences, incompatibility unfolds in Nature. Then we will be able to copy Nature’s integral template into Human connections, Human society.
This way we will learn to live on 2 levels, on the instinctive, individualistic, subjective level cherishing our individual uniqueness, differences, and on the fully integrated, “Nature-like”, united level where we consciously use, interconnect our individual uniqueness, abilities for the sake, well-being and survival of the whole.
This is something we are demanded to achieve according to Nature’s laws and evolution, and that we are more than capable to achieve by using the above mentioned method here and now.
Most importantly this process won’t unfold according to political ideology, philosophy, religion or spiritual teachings, but by consciously learning and following Nature’s laws and developmental plan. It is through these Natural laws and plan that we will be able to unite as those are above everything - that arises from our inherently egocentric, individualistic and subjective nature - that separates us.
This won’t happen from “top down”, but from “below up”, from the grassroots.
