Understanding globalization

Question from the Internet:

“What do you think is the importance of studying globalization?”

It is very important that we try to understand what “globalization” means.

“Globalization” means existence in a globally integrated, fully interdependent world, where problem-solving and collective survival requires positive, constructive, global, mutually responsible and mutually complementing interconnections, cooperation with each other.

As we can see through the example of the pandemic, climate change, and other seemingly unsolvable global problems, as long as we try to approach, “solve” anything through our usually subjective, egocentric, self-serving, and self-justifying way, we make everything only worse.

Thus we need a unique, “global/integral” education in order to help us understand, moreover actually feel our total interdependence and how we can adapt our inherent nature to our evolutionary conditions that we cannot ignore, change or escape from.
