True human freedom

“Is the world becoming a place where you have less and less freedom to do whatever you want?”
We never actually had much freedom, but today we start to recognize this fact.
We have always been blindly driven by our inherently egotistic, self-serving, self-justifying instincts. Today we can also see how the inevitable global network of billions of egotistic human beings inevitably determines our lives and future — which doesn’t look too rosy.
And if we look at the even greater picture, Humanity’s development, our fate has always been determined by Nature’s relentless and deterministic evolution, which drives the whole natural system towards a final, most optimal mutual integration.
Thus we don’t have any individual freedom, free choice in this system, but we do have a unique collective freedom.
We can’t decide, change the final, perfect end goal of our development, but we can collectively decide, determine in what way we reach that final state.
We can continue developing blindly, instinctively, pushed from behind by destruction, crisis situations, vicious historic cycles and intolerable suffering. But we can choose to start consciously adapting ourselves to Nature’s plan we can research and understand, always adjusting, changing ourselves proactively without waiting for suffering to force us.
In that conscious step, when we perform exactly the same action Nature’s evolution expects us to perform — always moving towards greater integration, cooperation within humanity to become compatible with Nature’s integral system — we would sense as if we controlled the whole system since we would make that step without being forced.
While this “freedom” looks almost nothing from our present illusion, where we dream about complete individual independence, freedom, when we actually start implementing and feeling this true, uniquely Human freedom, it will place the whole Universe into our hands!
