Question from the Internet:

“What are some tips to become happier?”

“True Happiness” is a mutual, positive emotional impression that arises from purposefully built, mutually supportive, mutually serving Human interconnections.

This means that in order to find “true happiness”, we need to learn how to build the above-mentioned interconnections above and against our inherently self-protective, self-justifying, distrusting, individualistic nature, an attitude which makes us connect to others only when we expect a selfish reward from the connections.

This also means that the present upbringing, education, social influence constantly urging us to search for individual, selfish happiness, contentment all the time is harmful, leading to unhappiness and depression.

And the general emptiness, constantly growing depression, substance abuse figures, hate and frustration all around the world proves this very sharply.

So we urgently need the right upbringing, education, and social influence guiding us towards true, sustainable, infinitely growing happiness — through the positive, selfless, altruistic connections we build with each other.
