True global integration unfolds by cherishing, strengthening, using our individual uniqueness instead of suppressing it!

Question from the Internet:

“If the world continues on the path of globalization and connectivity, will varying personality types fade leaving the world with a lot of the same types of people?”

If we continue pursuing globalization, life in a globally integrated, interdependent world — which Nature’s evolution forces on us — the way we are doing now, you might be right.

Our present ideologies, mindsets try to solve the paradox between inherent individual uniqueness, egocentric and subjective calculations, behaviour and the fully integrated system we exist in by trying to suppress, delete our individual, national identities, they even try to erase the gender differences, so we get a homogeneous, “grey", unidentifiable mass of people, that will dutifully submit to the global “Matrix”.

Fortunately this is impossible, as the inherent, egocentric individuality, uniqueness we are all born with cannot be suppressed, erased, and when such attempts reach a certain threshold it will explode, rebound forcefully.

The solution for the paradox between egocentric individuality and global integration has to be approached completely differently!

We need to cherish, augment, facilitate all the individual, national, cultural characteristics, special qualities and abilities in people. Together with that we also need to learn how to interconnect and build mutually responsible, mutually complementing cooperation above and despite the difference, despite the seemingly unresolvable incompatibility.

Then our unique individuality, differences won’t prevent, harm the global connections but they will strengthen them, increase our collective abilities, versatility.

Fortunately we have the right template for this, as all of Nature’s closed, integral, living systems behave that way, most notably our own biological bodies.

Each element, cell, organ is given freedom to contribute to the well-being, survival of the whole maximally, with their most optimal abilities, and they all receive whatever they need and deserve for that mutually necessary contribution.

And since Human beings need to build such a perfect Human society above and despite their originally egocentric, subjective, self-serving mindset, distrust, animosity towards others, we retain a fully conscious, independent viewpoint even after the mutual integration — unlike other parts of Nature, or the cells of the body.

As a result each of us can access the qualitatively much higher, unlimited and timeless collective consciousness and perception of reality we can build in such a Human society — like the overall, systematic consciousness of our own body we identify with instead of sensing ourselves on the fragmented cellular level.
