The two pillars the article mentions are non-existent.
Israel’s deterrence vanished a long time ago. Hamas did what they did, and as things stand, the terror organization will stay alive and can inflict further damage.
Hezbollah has been shooting rockets towards Israel for months without a meaningful response.
Iran made a “showcase” of fireworks while basically informing everyone in advance. At the same time, they will probably have nuclear weapons before the end of this year, and nobody can stop them.
Israel does not have military and operational independence for many reasons.
Any large-scale war in any direction would cause mortal damage to the Jewish Nation regardless of the outcome.
Trusting any of the Arabic countries for Israel’s security would be just as crazy and dangerous as the two-state solution.
Israel has no other foundation and key for its future security and survival, but its unique, original unity and mutual guarantee Jews have to achieve and strengthen above and despite the inherently selfish, egoistic, and hateful human nature.
Only by this “supernatural” — above instinctive nature — Jewish method can Israel harness unique and dormant assisting forces in nature while also becoming a crucially necessary and respected positive role model for everybody else in times when humanity is marching towards seemingly inevitable self-destruction driven by the human ego.
