There is nothing wrong with the world — everything is purposeful
Question from the Internet:
“When did the world go wrong?”
On one hand we could say that the world went wrong with the appearance of the human species. The only difference between humans and other developed primates - that remained virtually unchanged for millions of years - is the insatiable, self-serving, self-justifying, exploitative human ego that drives our incredible but destructive development.
On the other hand “nothing is wrong".
Humans being born selfish, egotistic, exploitative is within Nature’s evolutionary plan, after all we had no choice about the inner program installed in us.
We had to go through this insane technological, cultural, social development in order to reach the breaking point where humanity stands today.
Until now we developed blindly, instinctively.
It is the very realistic, seemingly inevitable, imminent self-destruction that is supposed to awaken our other uniqueness: the special human intellect capable of critical self-assessment, capable of initiating self-change.
As a result we can - we have to - start a completely new, this time conscious Human development above and against our inherent nature, consciously, methodically following Nature’s evolutionary plan, adapting ourselves to it instead of waiting for crisis, wars, suffering to force us to change.
This unprecedented duality between our blind inherent program and the consciously acquired “Natural upgrade" that facilitates humanity to reach our special, human evolutionary purpose: to become Nature’s integrated but independent observers, partners.
