The truth about globalization

Question from the Internet:

“What are at least two negative impacts of globalization on the state? Is the state still relevant in addressing these problems?”

We need to differentiate “globalization” — existence in a globally integrated and interdependent world — and how we use “globalization”.

“Globalization” is obligated by Nature’s laws that govern the general balance and homeostasis life depends on in Nature’s fully, mutually integrated system. It is obligated by evolution’s deterministic and relentless drive towards the most optimal mutual integration of the whole system. “Globalization” is not something human beings invented or created, this global, integral state is our present and future evolutionary condition.

On the other hand, driven by our inherently self-serving, self-justifying and exploitative nature we try to use the inevitable global interconnections the same way we do everything else: to control, manipulate and exploit others, to succeed and survive at the expense of others and at the expense of Nature through ruthless competition and excessive overconsumption and profit accumulation for the self.

If we learned how Nature governs “globalization” and how it benefits each and every part, element and system in the Natural system, then we could also rebuild human society the same way. Then neither individuals nor nation-states would suffer, as we would all find our own, unique and irreplaceable role and function in the living natural system — like cells and organs of our body for example.

This is why so badly need a special, purposeful and highly practical educational method that can teach us — without coercion or misleading propaganda — how humanity can adapt itself to Nature’s “globalization” willingly and consciously.
