The terrible fact all need to know!

I think that the one terrible fact we all need to know: if we can’t learn how to overcome our inherently self-justifyng, self-serving, exploitative nature that drives us towards excessive consumption, success, survival at each other’s expense, we will self-destruct within our generation.

The daily events we can all observe all around the world point at Humanity blindly repeating the events of the 1930s, 1940s almost as a carbon copy, plunging into our own Great Depression followed by the 3rd World War that will be fought in a totally global scale, probably with never before seen weapons of mass destruction, leading to the near complete annihilation of our species, while also causing irreversible damage to the planet.

We will not be able to prevent this happening unless we stop trying to change others, stop trying to change the political, economic, social systems, but we finally understand that the only thing that needs changing is ourselves!

We all need to learn how to consciously, purposefully accept others above our inherent differences which won’t disappear, we will have to build mutually responsible, mutually complementing interconnections, cooperation on a global scale, despite the vast, instinctive distrust, animosity between us - which also won’t disappear.

Humanity’s future survival and development depends on such a fragile, tense, dynamic unity, integration - exactly how it is in Nature’s closed, internal system like our own biological bodies for example.

The difference is that we have to build this integration consciously, purposefully, methodically against ourselves, above ourselves, by that developing a duality, contrast in consciousness and perception that is unparalleled in Nature.

This is why we are different from other animals, this is why we are expected to become the “crowns of evolution”, gaining a very unique “insider/outsider” observer status of the system, becoming Nature’s conscious, protective partners, equals as a result.
