The right education to save the planet, and ourselves

Question from the Internet:

“How should we educate people so that our planet isn’t in danger?”

We need a unique “Integral Education" that explain, moreover help us feel what it means to exist in a fully integrated, interdependent Natural system.

Our problem is that by default — as a result of our unique, egocentric, subjective human ego — we consider ourselves outside of, above Nature.

We have been developing for millennia with a mindset that we can do whatever we want and we can explore and exploit Nature in order to serve our insatiable selfish desires. And this tendency, attitude has reached a critical threshold in our times when humanity with is excessive overconsumption, ruthless competition, succeeding, surviving at each other’s and Nature’s expense became truly cancer-like.

So we need to learn and feel how we are integral parts of Nature, how we are all individual cells in a single human “super-organism". Then we will be able to adjust, harness our inherent nature and as a result of this conscious, methodical self-adjustment become Nature’s only active, conscious observers, partners.

This is the goal of this unique education, and this is our evolutionary Human purpose in life.
