The right education
Question from the Internet:
“Would the world be a much better place if every single human being was highly educated and highly intelligent?”
Obviously education is very important and it could help us solve most of our present problems, if it was the proper education.
Our present education — basically unchanged since the industrial revolution — aims at producing good workers and good consumers to keep the incessant production/consumption machinery working.
And those who are most educated, highly intelligent, usually use their knowledge for their own egocentric, selfish benefit at the expense of others.
Our present educational system has nothing to do with our actual Human purpose in life, and it also doesn’t prepare us to cope with life in a fully integrated, interdependent world where we all became like individual cells of a single organism.
So in order to use education for making the world a better place we need to implement the appropriate, integral education that can teach us our unique, evolutionary Human role, purpose in life by adapting ourselves to Nature’s lawful, integral system.
