The realistic, natural path towards an equitable Human society

A definition for equitable society found in the Internet:
“An equitable society is one in which all can participate and prosper. The goals of equity must be to create conditions that allow all to reach their full potential.”
Such a perfect society would require each and every person to know, find and fulfill their most optimal “cogwheel” role for society - for the sake of society’s well-being, most optimal development - while receiving exactly, proportionately what they need, deserve for their role.
This requires a completely different upbringing, education which can help us rebuild Human society - starting with smaller, purposeful groups, “cells” - based on Nature’s template instead of our makeshift, imperfect attempts to control, hold together our societies against the inherently egocentric, selfish, subjective inclination, attitude, behaviour of all people with different ideologies, political, economic, social systems which self-destruct one after the other.
Only by recognizing our inherent nature - in each and every Human being - as the root cause for the recurring vicious cycles of history and the perpetual, worsening, unsolvable crisis of our own civilization can we succeed in building a new type of Human society above and against the selfish Human ego.
This perfect, equitable society is not a utopia, dream or science fiction. It is our only “ticket” to gain the right to exist and survive in Nature’s “equitable”, fully integrated and independent system. Our generation is the first which reached the maturity and historic overview, experience of seeing this without any doubts.
Thus we already have the necessary, sensitive, open “critical mass” of people who is ready and willing to start the necessary, unprecedented self-changes, evolutionary self-upgrade to complement our inherently egotistic, selfish, cancer-like nature with a selfless, altruistic “natural upgrade”.
And even if only this pioneering minority start this process, even if they just start the gradual changes, they already draw on themselves a favorable, positive assistance from Nature, as by that they start aligning themselves with Nature’s overall evolutionary direction towards most optimal integration.
It will be like turning the sails of a sailing boat in the right direction and harnessing the strong Natural forces that drive the whole system in a purposeful way. This is the start of a completely new, this time conscious phase of Human development building, reaching the most optimal, equitable Human society at the end.
