The real problem in the world today

Question from the Internet:

“Are all the problems in the world due to not controlling the population?”

The actual number of the world’s population is not a problem. Moreover, increasing studies suggest that very soon world population will peak and then will rapidly decrease and settle on a level lower than today for many — non-violent — reasons.

Our problems are related more to the “footprint” of most people, especially in Western countries. Our excessive overconsumption, the ruthless competition to accumulate selfish, individual profit and resources cause the problems in relation to each other and in relation to the Natural environment.

And this excessive overconsumption, ruthless competition — even “developing countries” aspire for — is the result of our inherently self-serving, self-justifying, egotistic, and individualistic nature driving us.

Thus the solution for all our problems is the recognition and subsequent correction, upgrade of our inherent, original nature, the program that drives us — each and every person correcting, upgrading themselves willingly, proactively, consciously.
