The question is not about avoiding global depression, but about a complete rebuild!

Question from the Internet:

What are the odds of a global economic depression in 2021?

I am sorry, but this question is similar to asking about the “forthcoming climate change”. We are already in serious climate change and we are already in a global economic depression!

Actually the global economy has been in a perpetual crisis even before the virus appeared, but we kept it on life support with the trillions of dollars bailout and stimulus packages. We just heard the over 800 billion dollar European package agreed upon this week…

Sooner or later we will have to understand that our present socio-economic system cannot be sustained, revived as it has no right to exist in the Natural system we exist in.

Our Human system — that is based on excessive overconsumption, ruthless, mutually exclusive competitions, success, and survival at the expense of each other and Nature — is incompatible with nature’s strict, unchanging laws sustaining the balance and homeostasis life and optimal development depends on.

And since Nature is infinitely greater, stronger than us, only we can adjust, change, adapt if we wanted to start solving our mounting global problems and by that safeguard our collective Human survival.

The Covid-19 virus started a process of wiping out all non-essential production and services from our lives, leaving us with the basic, natural necessities we will have to rebuild our lives upon.

And apart from these necessities, all our efforts should be focused on building the positive and sustainable mutually responsible and mutually complementing cooperation, that will provide us with similarity and thus compatibility with Nature’s system.
