The peace that creates life

Question from the Internet:

“What are the major challenges to peace and social cohesion?”

The major challenges on the way to achieving peace and social cohesion are the following:

  1. First, we must discover that the only obstacle that prevents us from building true and lasting peace through social cohesion is our own inherently self-serving, self-justifying, egocentric and subjective nature.
  2. This recognition is obviously very unpleasant. It requires a total subjugation of this inherent nature to accept that the root cause of all the problems we have ever faced and still face is in us.
  3. This recognition and humble acceptance should render all efforts and actions to blame, correct, censor, and destroy others as futile, destructive and forbidden.
  4. This recognition of the root cause of any problems plaguing humanity in us should lead to an absolute, irrepressible and intolerable need to change and further develop ourselves, to completely change our attitude and relation to other people and to life in general.
  5. When this absolute need awakens, and we feel that without achieving the fundamental self-changes and self-development, life in its present form feels like death, then we need a special, purposeful and practical method that allows and facilitates such fundamental self-changes.
  6. The biggest challenge is that even if we are already ready to change ourselves, we can’t just install new operating software into our own “personal computer”; we can’t perform a unique “brain and heart transplant” on ourselves. So, first of all, we need to organize small, mutually committed and mutually complementing groups where people all want to achieve the same goal — this self-transformation — and are willing to selflessly and unconditionally help each other.
  7. Even this committed and unprecedented mutual help is not enough. But through the right mutual actions through a special method that was designed for this very purpose, we can draw on ourselves and harness special developmental forces in Nature that determine and drive the whole evolutionary process in the system.
  8. Then our absolute self-determination for self-development, the committed mutual help and complementation coupled with Nature’s developing forces can facilitate and bring about the unique self-upgrade. And then this self-upgrade will lead to us acquiring a ‘second nature” of being able to build selfless, unconditional, mutually responsible and mutually complementing interconnections and cooperation — above and against our instinctive attitude and behaviour.
  9. Then, as a result of such self-upgrade, a unique connection network is formed in between people, and our human society will become similar to Nature’s finely balanced and mutually integrated system.
  10. Then we will be able to sense, experience and enjoy that true peace and social cohesion that is prevalent in Nature. We will tangibly and viscerally feel how such peace and harmony create and sustain life. We will reach that state human beings craved from the beginning: to create life on our own and care for it like the “mother’s womb” as we all feel as a single living organism.
