The pandemic as an educational opportunity

Question from the Internet:

“Do we need a full lockdown again?”

A full lockdown, a full vaccination of everybody might stop the spread, but it would not give us full protection and it would not solve the pandemic completely, neither would it help with our other global problems.

We need to treat the pandemic as an educational opportunity, to see what really causing our mounting problems, what really threatens our health and survival.

If we learned the lesson of the pandemic — seeing how self-defeating, ineffective we are due to our inherently egocentric, self-justifying, hateful, and exploitative behavior — then we could start the true remedy: changing, upgrading, adjusting ourselves until we achieve a Nature-like mutual integration, mutually responsible, mutually complementing cooperation on a global scale.

Then this new Nature-like arrangement would also harmonize us with Nature’s perfectly balanced, integral system and give us the “keys” to everything the system has to offer with all of its perfect solutions and blueprints.
