The only problem with globalization is us
Question from the Internet:
“What are the problems caused by globalization?”
The only problem with globalization is that we do not understand what it is and how we would need to adapt ourselves to it.
“globalization” — existence in a globally integrated and fully interdependent world is our evolutionary condition as a result of Nature’s evolution driving the whole Natural system — we are also an integral part of — towards most optimal mutual integration.
Thus we did not create “globalization” and it is not something we can change or escape.
At this stage — as a result of our inherently egocentric, subjective, and individualistic nature — we are incompatible with the global integral world we evolve into since we keep excessively consuming beyond our actual necessities and we keep succeeding, surviving at each other’s and Nature’s expense.
So we are causing all the growing and seemingly unsolvable problems around us by ignoring, breaking Nature’s laws that sustain the balance and homeostasis in the system life depends on. We are like a fool jumping off a cliff without protective gear, believing that the law of gravity does not apply, or one can ignore it.
Thus the solution for all of our global problems starts with, depends on us learning what life in a fully integrated, interdependent world means and how we need to adapt ourselves to it.
