The next stage of human development

Question from the Internet:

“What is the thing that you consider a threat to human development in the world?”

Human beings are the greatest threat to human development.

At this stage — driven by our mostly self-serving, self-justifying, egocentric and exploitative nature — we are heading for a seemingly inevitable self-destruction.

Our present human system that is built on excessive overconsumption, ruthless competition, success at each other’s expense is incompatible with Nature’s strict laws that sustain the balance and homeostasis life depends on.

If we want to safeguard our continuing human development we will need to become compatible with Nature’s laws and evolution’s overall direction towards increasing integration.

So through a unique purposeful and practical educational method we will have to learn how to build “Nature-like", positive, sustainable, mutually responsible and mutually complementing interconections with each other — above and against our original nature.
