The new style of leadership

Through positive examples, by positive motivation, leading from the front, being a “public servant” in the true meaning of that expression.
The time of scaremongering, boasting, constant lies and fake propaganda is over.
Moreover the time of individual leadership is also over. In a world that is totally integrated, interdependent successful, authentic leadership had to be based on true, mutually responsible and mutually complementing teamwork.
So even if there is an individual leader appointed, that individual needs to show that I relies on collective intelligence, listens to the team that surrounds one.
