An article in The Jerusalem Post:

Israel ready anywhere, anytime: President Herzog’s speech channelled the Zionist spirit – editorial

At Ze’ev Jabotinsky’s memorial, President Herzog reassured Israelis of military readiness and strong alliances amid rising threats from Iran.

My comment:

I fully agree with Herzog. We must stay united against and despite all the external and internal http://challenges.It is incomprehensible that some sectors in society try to undermine, weaken and uproot the leadership that is leading an actually successful and comprehensive war on multiple fronts when the whole world is waiting for Israel to fail. Our whole history proves that Jewish people live or die according to the actual unity and mutual responsibility of the Nation. Moreover, through our “supernatural” – above the inherently egoistic, subjective and hateful human nature – unity and mutual guarantee, we also harness unique “godly or natural” forces that protect and assist us much stronger than any “ally.”I think we also see enough evidence throughout our history and even in this war, that without the assistence from such “godly or natural” forces we harness through unity, we remain vulnarable and unsuccessful. We have to appreciate and use all the physical tools we have and receive from others, but we must never forget that our true success depends on “higher forces” we need to draw on ourselves through national unity and mutual guarantee – exactly how it happened to the original Nation of Israel at Sinai.
