The love of power vs. the power of love

Opinion from the Internet:

“Human nature and behaviour can be described by a simple sentence: “The love of power vs. the power of love.”

This is true and nice. The question is, what can we do with this observation?

So unique empirical, natural scientists, who have been studying human nature for millennia, are telling us that we are all born with an inherent nature that craves power and control over our lives and over others and that by default, none of us has the “power of love”, where we would be able to think and act for the sake of others above and against our own sake.

To relinquish this instinctive craving for power and control, the instinctive urge to manipulate and exploit everything and everybody for selfish gain, we need to recognize our inherently selfish, egoistic and exploitative qualities.

Only when we recognize and accept that this is how we behave with others by default, and we develop a true inner rejection against our instincts and an overwhelming desire and the need to change and further develop ourselves, can we actually start working in order to acquire the “power of love”.

We do not have this power and the ability to selflessly and unconditionally serve others above and against our egoistic and selfish calculations. We have to acquire such abilities and power from “outside” of us, from Nature’s life-creating and life-nurturing system, with the help of the unique method those empirical scientists develop for us for this purpose.

Paradoxically, when we gradually agree to relinquish our mistakenly perceived personal power and control over our lives and others, and we start harnessing and drawing on ourselves Nature’s “loving”, life-creating power, we actually access and can use forces and abilities we could not even dream about before.

The more we subdue and relinquish our egoistic and selfish powers, the more able we become to harness and use Nature’s unlimited and omnipotent forces.
